Today’s Daily Grind on the 30/08/10
“The first day -- all over again”
Without being 100 % healthy but hopefully on the mend due to some new doc's pills.
I am returning to "some form" of training. Its been 6 months (with a 2 month spell of training in
the middle) So im going to start swimming, light lifting and some jogging. See how the body feels.
For the past 3 weeks ive felt fine - but that is from doing nothing. I can only hope my liver
is on the mend!
This weekend i went out to Patong - such a strange place to be while remaining sober.
Was a good night - felt like a pimp walking around with 3 girls (no not bar girls)
Musta' been to 6/7 clubs and had a bit of Fun in The Phuket Famous Susie Wongs.
There's just something about nightlife in Phuket that will turn any sane man/woman into something
entirely different - sometimes good sometimes bad - still you just have to go.

Its been selling well so we will be increasing the range. Great news!
Also Soul MMA is closing in on production and we are looking forward to stocking there stuff.
